Pilates on Reformer

Pilates is a training method invented by Joseph Pilates during World War II. A bit of history... While a prisoner on the Isle of Mans, this anatomy enthusiast developed a repertoire of movements to gently work on posture, muscles and mobility. He then uses the accessories at his disposal and his creativity: patient beds, springs, chairs and straps will see the birth of Pilates machines, including the Reformer. Now improved, this machine allows you to adjust the desired intensity for each exercise with springs of different resistance. The Reformer is a real companion, a guide for practicing Pilates exercises and working on your posture, balance, stability, strength, flexibility, mobility, coordination and lines. In addition to giving us a healthy, strong and supple body, this practice also allows us to better know and respect our body, soothe our mind and feel good in our body.

For who?

PILATES REFORMER
