YOGA SWING - ANTIGRAVITY

Aerial Yoga allows you to practice postures inspired by yoga "in the air", suspended using a swing specially designed for this exercise.anointing. It helps you tone, stretch, strengthen and regenerate your body.

YIN-YOGA

Yin Yoga is not concerned with aesthetic posture, muscle strength, or perfect alignment. It offers to slow down and accept the sensations that arise in the present moment, without a goal.

 

It is similar to a meditative discipline linked to deep breathing.

VINYASA YOGA

Vinyasa Yoga is based on the synchronization of movement and breathing, quite simply!

Indeed, between a well done but painful posture, and a well done and easy to perform posture, there is only one step, and this step is most of the time linked to our breath. A breath which, if well controlled, adapted to the situation, and following a particular breathing technique, can move mountains in yoga.
